Application Forms

The National Office of the Alpine Club of Canada requires a completed application form for each registration for a national camp or activity. 

The following link enables you to download the application in the form of a PDF file. The National Office encourages all members to use one of these files so that you may fill it in electronically and return it to us via email rather than as hardcopy.

The easiest way to fill out the Application form electronically is by using the Word version. If you click on the Word version of the Application form below, it may open in Word immediately, or it may appear as a Word file on your computer’s desktop.
