I want to sign up – what do I do now?

If you are interested in more information and/or registering for an ACC mountain adventure, please do the following:

  1. Read the General Information about ACC Adventures.

  2. Open the link for the ACC Mountain Adventure(s) that you are interested in. If you have questions or wonder if is the right trip for you, please contact the camp manager listed in the information package by email or phone. This experienced ACC member will be the best one to provide you with advice about your suitability, equipment you will need, etc.
  3. Read the Camp Registration, Payment and Cancellation Policies. When you register for a camp, you will sign a contract which states you have read and understood the terms and conditions in the Camp Registration, Payment and Cancellation Policies.
  4. Read the ACC Waiver of Liability. When you register in a camp, you will need to sign the waiver, indicating that you have read and understood the terms and conditions in the waiver.
  5. If you now wish to register, complete the online Application Form, download the Confirmation of Registration Contract and the ACC Waiver of Liability. For the quickest registration, we recommend you complete these forms electronically and email them to Chelsea Selinger, Mountain Adventures Coordinator at. Your application will be forwarded to the camp staff for approval to ensure you have the minimum skills required to safely participate on the camp. If you cannot email your forms, please print off a copy, complete them and fax or mail them to the ACC national office.   6. If the camp staff approves your application we will automatically process your payment for the non-refundable deposit. If your application is turned down for any reason, we will not process the payment on your credit card or we will destroy your cheque, depending on what arrangements you made for payment.
  7. In due course, you will be emailed all receipts, correspondence, further information and the list of your fellow participants. This information will be provided by regular mail if you do not have an email address.
  8. Be sure and read the Participant Policy. This policy outlines what is expected of participants on ACC camps.
