Expect: Hut availability, trip recommendations, servicing updates and the odd hut story. We announce all hut news here first.
NEWS FROM OUR LODGE IN BANFF’S BACKCOUNTRY
Audience: Lodge guests and the curious.
Frequency: Monthly. Sometimes more in the summer.
ACC Membership: Not required.
Expect: Stories and specials from one of the prettiest corners of Banff National Park. Heavy on seasonal meadow flowers and golden larches.
CONNECTING NEWBIES, LIFERS AND LOVERS OF THE GMC
Audience: Mountaineering enthusiasts of all levels.
Frequency: Monthly in the offseason; bi-weekly in summer.
ACC Membership: Not required.
Expect: General Mountaineering Camp news all year. Announcements of guides, and routes. Stories from camp. We’ll announce next year’s camp here first.

As a result of reading this, my husband, eight-year-old daughter and I booked ourselves in to the HI Mosquito Creek hostel for the July long weekend, and really had a wonderful time.
