We believe that the best way to learn essential backcountry travel skills is through a combination of instruction and mentorship. Our 2017-2018 winter skills offerings are designed to cover a range of essential winter skills, from avalanche hazard evaluation to winter camping and survival. Whether you are an absolute beginner, or starting to take on a leadership role in the backcountry, we have a course for you. Our courses are taught by qualified ACMG guides and instructors.
