Elizabeth Parker Hut - Summer 2019 Lottery Application

The Elizabeth Parker Hut - Summer 2019 lottery will open on Monday, October 15th, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. and run until Friday, November 16th, 2018 until midnight.

  • Application Deadline for bookings June 19, 2019 to October 4, 2019 is November 16, 2018, 11:59 p.m. MST.
  • Lottery winners will be contacted on or before November 22nd, 2018.
  • Lottery winners must confirm their booking with a 20% non-refundable deposit by December 8th, 2018, 9:00 p.m. MST.
  • Bookings not confirmed by December 8th, 2018 will be available on a first-come first-served basis beginning December 10th, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. MST.
  • Lottery winners are required to be members in good standing, to complete the reservation process if you are selected in the lottery.
  • Once the booking is confirmed all standard cancellation and payment policies apply.
  • The lottery fee is $10 per entry.
  • There is no limit to the number of lottery entries that you can make for the same or different dates.
  • The maximum duration of any single reservation request is 7 nights.
  • The 2019 Lake O'Hara bus schedule has not been set by Parks Canada. Therefore bus times are subject to change and the time submitted in the lottery will be considered a request - not confirmed. There will no longer be an 8:30am bus for EP bookings.
  • Nightly, per person fees for stays between June 19, 2019 and October 4, 2019 at Elizabeth Parker Hut will be $35.00 for ACC members and $45.00 for ACC non-members.
