The Alpine Club of Canada offers a great venue just minutes from downtown Canmore in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.
Amenities include:

  • Three separate facilities accommodating up to 58 people in dormitory-style rooms:
    • The main Clubhouse building sleeps up to 31 guests.
    • The Bell Cabin sleeps up to 15.
    • The Boswell Cabin has 4 private rooms each able to sleep 3 guests.
  • A spacious, fully equipped kitchen - prepare your own food or arrange for a caterer.
  • A bright and comfortable meeting room with audio/visual equipment.
  • Comfortable living area with fireplace for relaxing - easily configured for sit-down meals or standup reception.
  • Several large south-facing decks with outstanding views of the Bow Valley.
  • Free wifi

The Clubhouse is licensed and we stock beer and a selection of red & white wine. We also offer cold drinks (pop, gatorade & juice) and light snacks.

Please note that the entire ACC property is strictly non-smoking. There is no access to smoking areas, indoors or outside.

A wedding is a special day for the happy couple, family and guests. We're here to help you make your event a success.

What to expect for your special day:

  • Exclusive use of the Clubhouse’s kitchen, living room, meeting room, games room and guest rooms.
  • Several options for your ceremony and reception both indoors and out.
  • Lots of space for weddings with up to 75 guests
  • Overnight accommodation for up to 31 guests in the main Clubhouse (dorm-style). Additional beds are available in our out cabins.
  • Rustic lodge ambiance with patio and BBQ.

Your wedding, your style:

  • We will help you prepare the Clubhouse common rooms according to your needs (arrange furniture for a seated dinner or a stand-up style reception, remove furniture for dancing etc).
  • You can hire your favourite caterer or do your own cooking in our well-equipped kitchen.
  • Bring your individual decoration and flowers.
  • We have no corkage fees so you can get your own liquor license and serve your guests the drinks you like.
